We are a retired married couple building a small cooperative community in a small town in California and invite interested persons to apply for admission into the screening and training procedures prerequisite to participation in this venture.

      This cooperative community is being developed on the principle that persons must train to develop the understanding, attitudes, and skills, required for successful participation in a commonwealth polity, since such competencies are not generic.

      Those applicants who pass the initial online screening procedure become eligible for the online training program.
